I understand the customization process takes approximately 4 - 8 weeks from the time the putter is received. The timeline for completion is based on the Finish and Custom Service Options that are chosen on the Order Form. I understand and accept this time frame knowing that I will not receive my piece(s) back until the work is complete.

I understand that the longevity of the finish is dependent on the players care of the club head and conditions of the courses that are played. Club heads left in wet conditions will rust and keeping club heads oiled and dry is the responsibility of the owner. Chemical use on greens including fertilization and pesticides can adversely affect the finishes of putters. I agree that it is the responsibility of the owner to avoid and minimize prolonged contact of these harsh chemicals on the surface of the club. Refunds and re-dos are not honored when your putter wears or rusts.

I understand that certain services such as milling and stamps are permanent and agree to let East Coast Custom Putters perform these services.

I hereby accept and fully understand that if I fill out my order form incorrectly or if I request additional services, that I will be billed for the additional services requested. Any and all additional work must be requested in writing via email.

I fully Understand and Accept that No Refunds will be Allowed/Issued once East Coast Custom Putters has received/started my order. If for any reason I fail to ship my club(s) to East Coast Custom Putters, I may request a refund providing it is in writing and within 30 days from the date the order is placed. Should I exceed the 30 days I understand that East Coast Custom Putters may consider issuing a credit on my East Coast Custom Putters account that can be used towards a future refinishing job. The East Coast Custom Putters credit can never be "refunded" or redeemed for cash. It is solely for golf club refinishing services.

I authorize East Coast Custom Putters to charge the credit card I provide for the goods/services described on the online order form. I understand that if I request additional services not on the original order form that East Coast Custom Putters will bill me for any and all additional services for which I will request in writing. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form.

Any issue with shipping such as lost parcel, late delivery etc. is considered a Shipping Claim. It has no bearing on the services rendered. Please be aware that once a package is shipped East Coast Custom Putters is RELEASED from LIABILITY. All claims for lost packages, late delivery etc. are claims that need to be filed with the shipping carrier. East Coast Custom Putters will assist with filing a claim but will not be held liable for any shipping issues and under no circumstances will issue a refund for lost or damaged packages. This falls under the shipment carriers guidelines and insurance (if purchased).

By submitting my online form I agree to all terms and conditions listed above and will pay for all services rendered. I understand that payment must be made in advance before any work is started.
